Aaron Tait Executive Director and Co-Founder of Spark*

Aaron knows first hand the realities of leading change in incredibly difficult environments. In the years since his active service in the Middle East, he has developed a fully sustainable orphanage and community project in Kenya, reinvigorated a secondary school for streetkids in Tanzania, and conducted leadership development for some of Australia's most innovative not for profit organisations including The Oaktree Foundation, Teach for Australia and the Northern Territory Department of Education. Aaron holds a Masters of Environment and Development from the University of Cambridge.

Kaitlin Tait Operations Director and Co-Founder of Spark*

Kaitlin works on the cutting edge of education in vulnerable communities. After revitalizing the learning of hundreds of children at an inner slum school in Tanzania, increasing their graduation rate by 600%, Kaitlin went on to Kenya to design and implement a project which provided holistic support to over 100 orphans. Here she was also able to lead a revolutionary and highly successful teenage girls health and empowerment program. A highly innovative educator with proven successes in extremely difficult settings, she holds a Masters of International Education.

Luke Baker Governance and Strategy 

Luke has spent the last ten years with the Australian government, providing governance and strategic support at a senior level for the Department of Defence. Luke holds a Masters of Management Studies from the University of New South Wales and will be undertaking his MBA at Stanford University in 2011/12. 

John Cinquina Marketing Director 

John is the Managing Director of Red Meets Blue Design, one of Australia's fastest growing design companies and has done groundbreaking work for some of Australia's biggest brands including Jeep-Chrysler, Optus and Wesfarmers.

Nadia Woodhouse Finance Director

A Chartered Accountant, and formerly a Senior Member of the External Audit Division of Ernst and Young, Nadia has a wealth of financial experience with major global corporations such as Woodside and ExxonMobil. Complementing these skills with grassroots development experience with a United Nations project in Nepal, Nadia oversees the financial accountability of Spark* both at the headquarter and project levels.
